The software company INNO from Salem-Neufrach develops IT solutions that enable information services to analyse information from a wide range of sources and share it with those who need to know about it. They are so successful in doing this that they are constantly on the lookout for new employees. Schindler Parent supports INNO with video clips for the careers site, job advertisements, print measures and a trade fair stand, all of which position INNO as an extraordinary employer.

First it was the corporate design, then the website. The partnership with INNO is a prime example of consistent brand communication. Everything happens in the right order, step by step. From analysis to strategy and creation right up to the very widest range of measures. Not every company does that. It is fantastic that INNO was on board with these steps. We would like to thank them for this at this point.

For us, the package almost always includes offering our customers a photoshoot. At their company premises. In a reporting style. This creates a collection of images that are unique and relate only to this company. And this has really paid off in our work with all our customers too. For the customers.

We made a film for INNO as well. In a total of five clips, lots of employees talk about what makes INNO stand out as an employer. The employer’s image is completed with a careers site on the internet and a trade fair stand, as well as job advertisements and an employer flyer that people who are interested can turn over and flip around however they want and always see the best side of INNO.

The idea and concept were created by Schindler Parent. The video clips were staged excellently by the Konstanz-based film production company umbelichtet.

When the employees speak for themselves.

Then that really speaks for the company. That is not always the case. But it is doubly relevant for INNO. This is because the five clips about thinking, working, the best moments, community and getting started at INNO not only stand out thanks to the direct authenticity and genuineness of the interviewees, but they are also just really lovely. Just like the overall image of the INNO employer brand on the internet, at trade fairs, online and offline. And if this doesn’t make you want to work there, then you should really come and see us about a job.
