A compact, lean, new look, and a new name: The 'Ravensburger Report 2021' was supposed to focus on a current topic, flanked only by facts and figures. An editorial concept had to be developed for the main subject of Human Resources. The creative task was to combine the new design specifications with the ongoing HR campaign while adapting it to the established square format. In addition, the figures section had to be converted into a solely digital format for the first time.
The topic 'working at Ravensburger' is comprehensively addressed: from the corporate culture to the development and content of the employer brand to the creative campaign. In addition, employees from various locations and departments share their experiences on international career opportunities and the diversity of Ravensburger's job profiles. In this way, the report also functions as an employer branding brochure, which helps to find and retain talent.
