Task.

As a producer of high-quality steel moulds for the concrete block industry, RAMPF has the same problem as countless other companies working in the skilled trades. They compete fiercely with other companies for good trainees. That’s why they commissioned us to develop a trainee campaign that will raise young people’s awareness of the company.

Strategy.

The campaign aims to address potential trainees directly. In a way that they know and understand. But without artificial teen slang and exaggerated motifs. But with cheeky slogans that catch their attention and motifs that focus on the trainees and show what young people can expect at RAMPF.
