A sustainability report has long been a must-have for many companies. For us too. Even though we are not required to report. Not only because it is worthwhile, but because it is worth much more to us. Because it also stands for added value. So we didn’t just use the report format, we designed it – with gloss finishing, die cutting, and blind embossing, using amazingly white recycled paper. To show the potential that sustainability communication can unleash.

That was also the reason why we chose the award-winning environmental printing company Lokay to produce it. A good choice, because Lokay conveyed our message perfectly and – pun intended – sustainably. With finishes that not everyone would have expected in a Blue Angel-certified print product: for example, the first metallic finish in embossed transfer printing, which makes selected words shimmer in silver.

The result impressed not only us, but also the jury of the 2024 Print & Media Awards. They honored the eco-friendly printing company Lokay for printing our sustainability report with the Steinbeis Paper Award for Recycled Paper Printer of the Year. We offer our heartfelt congratulations and share in their joy.
