Backhaus Mahl is one of the traditional Swabian bakeries par excellence. Founded in 1914 in Stetten a. k. M., the family business today sets standards between Lake Constance and the Alb in terms of craftsmanship, quality – and design: from the stylishly furnished specialist stores to the restrained, elegant corporate design and the streamlined yet informative website to the image film, which gets to the heart of the drive of the now fourth generation. Why is the Mahl family so consistent in its brand work? Because they recognized before most other bakeries that a consistent presence supports core themes such as long resting dough, natural ingredients, and genuine craftsmanship at every point of contact.
