Task.

LAGO has been one of the most successful and therefore most awarded shopping malls in Germany for years. The secret behind it: a hand-picked selection of special stores with often locally oriented offers. And of course the unique location – in the middle of Constance – and thus in what is probably the most attractive city on the whole of Lake Constance. This needs to be communicated on all channels. And in such a way that we also reach all the target groups from Switzerland.

Strategy.

Together with LAGO and the University of St. Gallen, we have developed a long-term strategy that continuously tracks all of the shopping center’s customer perception issues – so we can always start where there is a need and demand is growing. In doing so, we ensure that LAGO’s unique strategic selling point – “the best tenant mix with a lakeside feel” – is reflected in all measures. We have developed an unmistakable appearance for this: The flexible stage with the iconic lake water reflection and the typographic “overhead reflection” of the phrase “AM SEE” as the geographical location and resolution of each headline.

FALL CAMPAIGN

In the fall of 2021, for the first time, the decoration in the building and the communication for LAGO came together 100%: the types of plants on display and the patterns used in the decorated mall were also reflected in the central design elements of the advertising measures.

CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN 2021

The integrated LAGO brand presence, the coordination of communication and decoration, was supported by numerous campaigns and promotions in the mall during the 2021/22 Christmas season.

SPRING CAMPAIGN 2022

Since spring 2022, the LAGO models have been exclusively authentic people from the region around Constance. Their faces can be found
