Task.

DEUTZ AG has been developing pioneering drive systems since 1864 – from diesel and hydrogen to electric mobility. With over 5,000 employees, the Cologne-based company is one of the driving forces behind the German economy. To further strengthen the DEUTZ employer brand, DEUTZ turned to Schindler Parent: employer branding – from employer value proposition to campaign including film to employee festival.

Strategy.

We link the personal motivations of employees with a direct call to action. The campaign mechanism ‘My motivation:’/‘Driven by:’ runs through all channels like a DEUTZ red thread. By clearly focusing on values, we appeal to existing and potential employees on an emotional level.

Employer Branding Film

The film portrays the people who make DEUTZ what it is. The focus is on individual motivations – not only in professional life, but also in private life. On topics such as family, excellence, home, progress and responsibility.

The result is a film that is both personal and representative. The individual motivational statements of the employees also formed the basis for further campaign channels such as DOOH and social media.

STATEMENTS

The DEUTZ Employee Festival was the perfect setting for the launch of the campaign. Keynote speeches, a photo booth bully and OOH measures brought the motivations closer to all employees.

Together with our partner clipup film, we were able to produce all moving image assets in just two days of shooting – thanks to a perfectly orchestrated schedule, professional processes and a client who was fully behind the project.
