The Rösle Group is an internationally active family business based in the Allgäu region. It consists of the two brands Rösle and Grömo, for each of which it offers attractive apprenticeships. The only problem: in the past, potential applicants were not sufficiently aware of the Rösle Group. The benefits of the attractive apprenticeships needed to be communicated in a more appealing way - and this is exactly where Schindler Parent came in: We developed a trainee campaign that combines and communicates quality, location and all the associated "goodies" in a highly appealing way.
